Q: When should I book my date?
A: One good word of advice is to book early!  This gives you the comfort in knowing your date is secured.  Since we currently only operate one system, when a date is booked, its booked.  Someone could be booking the date that you want right now. 

Q: How long does it take to set up and tear down?
A: For most events with lights it takes about 1 hour for set up and tear down.

Q: Do I have to pay for set up or tear down of equipment?
A: No.  You only pay for the time we're actually performing.  There are no hidden fees whatsoever.

Q: Will either Scott or Tim be my DJ, or do you have other junior DJs?
A: Your DJ will either be Scott or Tim, or Both! This decision will be made with you at the time you book your event. We do not contract out with other DJs, however, we have several DJs we can refer you to if we are booked.

Q: Do you have a song list that you could send me?
A: We do not actually keep a song list. Our digital music library changes almost daily. We are a subscriber to a music service for radio and DJs. We are also personally adding new songs to meet the needs of each event. On average, we add 250 songs to our library monthly! 

Q: After the deposit is sent, when is the remaining balance due?
A: Your remaining balance is due on your event date unless other arrangements are made.

Q: Can we set up an appointment to meet in person?
A: Certainly.  However, it is not necessary.  Typically everything is handled by phone and mail.  This is to save everyone time and money.

Q: Do you need the banquet hall to provide a table or anything special?
A: No, we bring everything we need.  The only thing that we need from the event location is electricity.

Q: Any there any penalties for having to cancel my event after I paid a deposit?
A: The deposit is non-refundable.  However, you may use the deposit toward our services on another day that we are available. This is detailed in our contract.

Q: May I provide a list of songs for you to play at my event?
A: Of course!  Our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. We actually encourage you to do this so we get an idea of your taste in music!
